Tania Ciottariello,

Client Liaison

Hello, I’m Tania and I work as Dr. Piper Gibson’s Client Liaison.

I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful girls and am based in Queensland, Australia. I have worked in the health insurance industry for 23 years and have a personal and burning interest in overall wellness, especially for children.

We had our own personal experience when my youngest daughter had a sudden onset of tics when she was 6. I felt so scared for my child and alone. With Dr. Gibson’s guidance, my daughter is doing so very well and I, don’t feel so lost and alone. I feel empowered and confident with all that I have learned. And so will you. Good for you for taking charge of your child’s health and future with a professional you can trust that will help you each step of the way.

I wish you all the very best, Tania x

Zainab Nasser,

R.N., FDN-P

I’m a registered nurse, functional diagnostic practitioner, and motivational wellness speaker.I’m also a survivor of a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and a mother to two beautiful, vivacious girls with a rare genetic form of seizure disorder.
The TBI was a result of a life-changing car accident. My body didn’t feel like my body afterward. I experienced partial memory loss, brain fog, focus & emotional disruptions, PTSD, difficulty processing information, headaches, fatigue, physical pain, and gut issues. Tasks that used to take me no time at all were taking me twice as long.
Through this experience, I found my functional diagnostic nutrition (FDN) program and it helped me look at my body differently. The FDN program gave me tools to help aid my recovery to the myriad of health issues I battled.
I’m originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa where we take pride in cultivating our own food and knowing exactly what we put into our bodies. It’s through my culture and my family that I have learned to appreciate what the earth, food, and environment can do for our bodies.
I take this appreciation into my practice as an FDN. I am trained to look at disease and health through a different lens. There is no one size fits all. I look at every single piece that could be impacting my client’s health and wellness and put it together to come up with a holistic approach to their health.

I am still a work in progress as we all are. It’s not about the destination, it’s about the entire journey.

In 2015, I pursued Psychology in the hopes of understanding and helping others with Mental Health struggles - I also battled OCD, PTSD, and Chronic Depression since High School.

I have served as a volunteer for a Mental Health Institution in Manila for almost 2 years. I’m very passionate about helping end the stigma around Mental Health.

Alvin B. Franco,

Registered Nurse / Client Care Specialist

Hello, I’m Alvin and I work as Dr. Gibson's Client Care Specialist.

I am a Registered Nurse and I previously worked as a Head Nurse focusing on the Intensive Care and Emergency Units.

I have also been in the Customer Service Industry for the past 12 years where I learned that it is not all about providing resolutions to the customers, it is about giving them an enjoyable and easy experience in every encounter. It also involves listening carefully to customer needs and concerns. Beyond listening, customer service is doing everything in one's power to efficiently and accurately serve each customer.

I am thankful and blessed as I had the opportunity to experience the best of both worlds where I became an advocate of health and life and at the same time be able to help people by lending an ear and providing my expertise to resolve their concerns.

There will be times when they will forget the information you gave them but they will never forget how made them feel.
